The purpose of this study is to verify the casual relation between a sense of loss and suicidal ideation and the mediating effects of disabilitiesacceptance and social participation in the community-dwelling disabled elderly, who are placed in dual difficult situations; aging with disabilities. For this, sampling was subject to 318 the community-dwelling disabled elderly, in Gyeonggi and Chungcheong region, citizens of 55 years old or older performed for data collection. Hierarchical regression analysis was used to verify the study. As result of the analysis, the influence of sense of loss of the community-dwelling disabled elderly on suicidal ideation, which was confirmed that disability acceptance and suicide ideation had negative mediating effect. Based on these research results, quality of life in which political and practical implications was suggested in order to increase level of disability acceptance and social participation of aging with disability in dwelling and also to lower suicide ideation.
